Stephanie Day leads Marketing & Communications at cogu., shaping how the brand looks, feels, and speaks. An artist and strategist from São Paulo, based in Berlin since 2017, she works across branding, storytelling, and culture. For her, cogu. is as personal as it is meaningful: a friend’s idea grown into a living brand rooted in nature, curiosity, and honest expression.

Victor Yrigoyen is a visual designer and interdisciplinary artist with two decades of experience across sound, design and advertising. Holding an MA from UdK Berlin, his work explores culture, everyday life, and human behaviour. At cogu., he leads creative direction and brand development, building visual systems that feel clear, cohesive, expressive, and closely tied to the product’s purpose.

Flavour & Beverage Formulation
Mark Haselden works with drinks, flavour, and process. With over a decade in gastronomy, he has been developing cocktail menus and bespoke beverages in Berlin since 2016, with a strong focus on alcohol-free and sustainable products. At cogu., he brings a sharp eye for taste, consumer behaviour, and how ideas move from concept to glass.
